Review: Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick.

Release date: September 27th 2009
Published by:Simon and schusters children publishing
Number of pages:400 (Us paperback)
Series: Hush Hush

Grade:  B-

For Nora Grey, romance was not part of the plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how much her best friend, Vee,
pushes them at her...until Patch comes along.
With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her,
Nora is drawn to him against her better judgment, but after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure whom to trust.
Patch seems to be everywhere she is, and to know more about her than her closest friends.
She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers,
she finds herself near a truth that is far more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.
For Nora is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen - and when it comes to choosing sides,
the wrong choice will cost her life.

So, about this book.. I wasn't so sure about it in the beggining but when it picked up towards the end i loved it!
It was an amazing book, i really liked it. It was a really quick read for me because its kind of fast paced in my opinon.

About the characters, really the only character that was glued onto my brain was Patch. The fallen angel. I didn't dislike Nora i just didn't find her interesting enough but i hope that will change in the upcoming books :)
I really disliked Vee though, I found her really annoying and actually

mean at some points. It's obvious that even though Nora and Vee are bes
t friends they don't have
that really strong girls-and-their-bestfriends-relationship between them.

I found this book being like a mystery book at some points. Sometimes I would stop reading just to try to figure out who did this and who did that and i really   like it
when that happens. The answer was staring you in the face all along and i actually figured out who it was about 3/4 into the book nut still it kept me reading like a
crazy person :S

If you look past Vee's annoying character this was an amazing book and I have friends who absolutely adored it as much as they adore Twilight and Harry Potter.

I give this book a B- which is GREAT! :D
